Yes...things will change...and in terms of exam results, (for the better) teachers' work/output (for the better in terms of measuring success) and certainly in terms of profitability.

However if a pupil is mainly at Bolitho (likely to be an English pupil, perhaps bullied previously, or special needs etc) then you're about to get a shock.

Ultimately, a good deal for all - except for slackers!
